Your Rights Under UK Law

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Please note:

• Customised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

• This policy does not apply to items that are damaged due to misuse.

Conditions for Returns

• Timeframe ― You must initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us directly.

• Item Condition ― Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

• Proof of Purchase ― A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided (Order reference number will usually suffice).

How to return an item

1. Contact us ― Email us at returns@tangogolfdesigns.com or fill out our online returns form within 14 days of receiving your item. We will respond within 3 days with return instructions.

2. Return the item ― Post the item to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or Tango Golf Designs has made an error.

3. Inspection ― Once received, we will inspect the returned item within 3 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at returns@tangogolfdesigns.com or fill out our online returns form as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Timeframe

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund within 2 working days of completing the inspection. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, but please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
